All services are subject to availability, approval, route scheduling, and operational capacity.
3. Scheduling and Service Requests
Transportation scheduling must be coordinated in advance unless otherwise approved.
Service requests are subject to scheduling availability and operational review.
Requested changes to transportation schedules should be submitted promptly.
4. Pickup and Drop Off Responsibilities
Clients, passengers, parents, guardians, and organizations are responsible for:
Providing accurate pickup and drop off information
Ensuring passengers are ready at scheduled pickup times
Maintaining accurate emergency contact information
Communicating schedule changes promptly
Ensuring appropriate supervision where required
Failure to comply may impact service delivery
5. Safety and Passenger Conduct
All passengers must maintain appropriate conduct during transportation.
Passengers must:
Follow driver instructions
Remain seated when required
Use safety restraints where applicable
Treat drivers and other passengers respectfully
Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior
Unsafe conduct may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Delays and Service Interruptions
While we strive to maintain punctual service, SAREPTA Transportation is not liable for delays
caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather events
Road closures
Vehicle emergencies
Passenger delays
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Other circumstances beyond our control
7. Medical Transportation Disclaimer
SAREPTA Transportation provides non emergency transportation only.
We do not provide emergency medical care, medical supervision, or emergency transportation.
Passengers requiring emergency medical attention should contact emergency services immediately.
8. Vehicle and Driver Standards
We maintain vehicles and drivers in accordance with applicable transportation requirements and internal company standards.
Vehicle assignments may vary based on scheduling and operational needs.
9. Insurance and Liability
SAREPTA Transportation maintains insurance coverage in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent covered under applicable insurance and law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
10. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, deny, or terminate service for reasons including but not limited
to:
Unsafe passenger behavior
Violation of policies
Failure to comply with scheduling procedures
Misuse of services
Threats, harassment, or misconduct
Non payment where applicable
11. Website Use
All content on the SAREPTA Transportation website is owned by or licensed to the company.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, website content, graphics, and service materials are property of SAREPTA Transportation unless otherwise stated.
